Initiate an AnalysisParameters object with the default analysis parameters for each of the analysis elements.

Usage

analysisParameters(elements = analysisElements())

Arguments

elements

character vector containing elements for analysis.

Value

An S4 object of class AnalysisParameters containing the default analysis parameters.
